With respect to your efforts toward the elimination of humiliation in SCN (or, for that matter, in any other business-oriented setting) I applaud your sentiment, and I will say a prayer for your success. Perhaps some greater power will hear this prayer and will smile upon your quest. I personally doubt, though, that anything short of divine intervention will change that aspect of human nature.
