Emergency Contact Screen issue

Hi Gurus,

There is a requirement from our client that Emergency Contact Screen (IT0021 Family Details Subtype 7) should have the Telephone Number field which is not there now. When we checked the same from the Global Screen of Singapore (Customized screen), the telephone number is available. We wanted to adopt the same screen for India also. But the same is not coming to India by just not giving the same return value in the feature P0021.

Please give me the inputs how to fetch the same screen for India. The global screen is a combination of IT0002, IT0006,IT0007 & IT0023 etc..

The field P0412-TELPH is the Telephone Number which is coming in IT0021 of Subtype 7 of Global. The below screen is the Global Screen & then the Indian screen.
