The table T134 is where are saved the material types system configuration.
1) The system configuration is managed normally only in the customizing client, where there is automatic recording of the changes (i.e. when someone changes the settings this is recorded in a change request).
To check that you need to ask for the list of change requests that modified the material types configuration.
2) To check the changes done on the material master on the view Accounting1, when the view is displayed go to Environment in the main menu and then click on Display changes.
The accounting schema (i.e. postings made in the system) are different depending on the valuation method. One impact is that the valuation data are reset to 0 when the price control is changed.
