I have been able to establish that through ODATA we can integrate with SAP, but am trying to clarify the following:
1. For retrieving data:
| · | Is it possible to either pull data from SAP and/or have SAP push the data to us? |
| · | Are there existing web services that would allow us to perform either of the above? If not, is it possible to create one and what would be involved in creating one? |
| · | From what parts of SAP would the vacancy data be pulled from (module names, tables, etc) (to show familiarity with SAP) |
2. For sending data into SAP as a PO:
| - | Is it possible to either push data into SAP and/or have SAP pull data from SuiteSpot? |
| - | Are there existing web services that would allow us to perform either of the above? If not, is it possible to create one and what would be involved in creating one? |
| - | At which point in the PO release strategy would we need to transfer the data to SAP? Purchase requisition, Service Request, PO, etc? Also which modules, tables, etc, would we actually be importing into SAP? (to show familiarity with SAP) |
| - | Is it possible to transfer pictures into SAP that will be related to the PO? |
3. For retrieving approved PO data from SAP:
| · | Is it possible to either pull data from SAP and/or have SAP push the data to us? |
| · | Are there existing web services that would allow us to perform either of the above? If not, is it possible to create one and what would be involved in creating one? |
| · | From what parts of SAP would the vacancy data be pulled from (module names, tables, etc) (to show familiarity with SAP) |
4. For sending data into SAP that would automatically receive the PO:
| - | Is it possible to either push data into SAP and/or have SAP pull data from our 3rd party software? |
| - | Are there existing web services that would allow us to perform either of the above? If not, is it possible to create one and what would be involved in creating one? |
| - | How are approved PO’s distinguished in SAP? Which modules, tables, etc, would we actually be importing into SAP? (to show familiarity with SAP) |
