I have tested this scenario and found that it is perfectly working in two different ways.
1) MIGO-501 movement with no Excise Entry
2) J1IEX-Capture (Without PO-EWPO)
3) J1I5
4) J1IEX-Post
and
1) MIGO-501 movement with Excise Invoice Capure
2) J1I5
3) J1IEX-Post
Check in J_1IEXCHDR table if any entry exists with EWPO by putting the 501 material document in Field RDOC1. If not, do these steps for that 501 material document.
1) J1IEX-Capture (Without PO-EWPO)
2) J1I5 and
3) J1IEX-Post
