Unfortunately we are still having to use our workarounds.
We have raised a call with SAP support and its now into its 5th week. 3 weeks of that was disappointing backwards and forwards with the support rep telling us that because she couldn't replicate it she wouldn't escalate to the developers even though we had provided a lot of information up front including dmp files.
We finally had to work with our account rep and support advisory person to try and move this forward and has been escalated for a week and a half now to the developers. I now have a few people who have contacted me with the issue as well which is comforting as the support rep wasn't overly helpful and was putting the onus on me to find the problem rather than helping us determine what's going on.
I will update here if/when we getting further responses from the developers.
